Method
Put mixtures obtained in essence burner and add water. The aroma impregnated the air of the room encouraging the concentration.
For a fast effect, a couple of drops of the mixture on a tissue or cotton ball and inhale .**
Comments
Aromatherapy acts directly affecting the brain in a physical and psychological. Some fragrances can be harsh or unpleasant, so, before invading the whole house with an aroma annoying, it's best to experiment. You can delete an ingredient, reduction or substitution based on your personal taste.
NOTES
* OE is always understood as "essential oil" 100% pure - preferably organic and ingested. You can find them in health food stores (real ones) and everyway is better to specify what you are looking for or I trimmed a little oil nobles.
